"One of the worst experience I had placed an order for a Mangalsutra in 18-carat gold, and it was mentioned that the delivery date would be 17 December 2025. I would like to highlight that this order was placed on an emergency basis, considering its urgency. Later, I was informed that the worker was on leave. However, more than one month has passed since then, and I have not received any further update regarding my order. I have also called twice, but unfortunately, I did not receive any clear information. Given the urgency under which the order was placed, I am quite disappointed with this experience. I request you to please update me immediately on the current status of my order and confirm the expected delivery date."
